Exchange and return policy
At High Point, we always strive to provide the best shopping experience for our valued customers. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a clear and transparent exchange and return policy, while reserving the store's rights to evaluate each case individually. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
1. Terms of exchange and return:
- Replacement requests are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order and before installation, and shall be of the same or higher value only.
- Return requests are accepted. Within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the order, provided that it has not been installed.
- The customer is entitled to only one exchange or refund process according to the conditions mentioned above.
The product must be in its original condition, without any damage, use, or change in shape or packaging, and all accessories must be available.
The exchange and return policy does not apply to products that have been manufactured or modified specifically according to the customer's request.
2. Replacement process:
In case of manufacturing defect or damage during transportation, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
The product will be checked by our team, and if it is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will replace the product with a similar one or repair it at no additional cost.
If a replacement product is not available, we will refund your payment or provide a replacement of similar value.
3. Retrieval process:
In the event that the customer wishes to return an unwanted (non-defective) product, the request will be accepted provided that the product is in its original condition in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Shipping fees determined by the Logistics Department according to the size of the product will be deducted as restocking and return fees, according to the evaluation of the product condition.
The refund will be made via the same original payment method within 7-14 business days after the item is received and inspected.
4. Cases in which the exchange or return policy does not apply:
Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse by the customer.
Products that have been installed or modified after purchase.
Customized or custom products.
Products purchased during promotions or special sales, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
5. Store Rights:
The store reserves the right to accept or reject any replacement or return request, after evaluating the condition of the product and examining it by the technical team.
In the event of any tampering or misuse by the customer, the store has the right to reject the order without giving reasons.
6. How to submit a replacement or refund request:

note:
The period of reserving the goods in the invoice is (60) days from the date of purchase. If the customer is late for two months, a storage fee of (5% of the invoice value for each month for a period of six months) will be charged to the customer. After six months, the company is not responsible for the contents of the invoice.
